If you have been invoiced by Huurportaal, this means that your payment details have been registered and that our service is active on an account you have created.
To find out which account this is, search for "huurportaal" in your email inbox. Don't forget to also check your spam folder. You will likely find a welcome email from us containing a password for your account. It may be a different website than where you previously signed up. So pay attention to the brand mentioned in it, it could be "rentola" or another brand like "huurwoningen" that we have no association with.
